Advance physical ticket sales will take place at the Info Point, located at Espai Circaire, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, where payments can be made in cash or by card.

For shows held at the Auditorium, Circ Bover Tent, or Circ a la Fresca, tickets can be purchased at the venue’s ticket office, which will be open until 30 minutes before the show starts.

Online ticket sales will close 30 minutes before the start of each show, except for Circ a la Fresca, where sales will close precisely at the show’s starting time.

No exchanges or refunds will be accepted, except in cases of event cancellation or significant program modifications.

• In case of cancellation, a full refund will be issued using the same payment method as the purchase.
• If the event is rescheduled, the ticket will remain valid for the new date. If the attendee cannot attend, they may request a refund until the day of the event, using the same payment method as the purchase.

• We recommend arriving early to avoid crowding and facilitate entry to the venue.
• Children aged 0 to 2 have free entry to all shows, except for Circ a la Fresca. If the venue is at full capacity, they must sit on their guardian’s lap.
• The festival reserves the right of admission in case of non-compliance with event regulations.

• Purchasing a ticket implies acceptance of all festival conditions and regulations.
• In cases of force majeure, the festival may modify the schedule without prior notice.
• Any situation not covered by this policy will be resolved by the festival organization.
