There will be a ticket office to purchase tickets in advance at the Info Point, located at – Espai Circaire – BullRing. Payments can be made either in cash or by card. 

Online ticket sales will close 30 minutes before the start of each show. 

Friday, 1 May, from 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM 

Saturday, 2 May from 12:00 NOON to 5:00 PM and from 7:30 PM to 21:30 PM 

Sunday, 3 May, from 12:00 NOON to 5:00 PM  

No exchanges or refunds will be accepted, except in cases of event cancellation or significant program modifications. 

• In case of cancellation, a full refund will be issued using the same payment method as the purchase. 

• If the event is rescheduled, the ticket will remain valid for the new date. If the buyer cannot attend, they may request a refund up to the day of the event, using the same payment method as the purchase. 

• We recommend arriving early to avoid crowding and facilitate entry to the venue. 

• Children aged 0 to 2 have free entry to all shows. 

• The festival reserves the right of admission in case of non-compliance with event regulations. 

• Purchasing a ticket implies acceptance of all festival conditions and regulations. 

• In cases of force majeure, the festival may modify the schedule without prior notice. 

• Any situation not covered by this policy will be resolved by the festival organization. 

Access to Pont de la Vila: To improve the audience experience, access to the venue will be controlled through free tickets. These tickets can be collected at the same space from one hour before the show. The tickets will be required to access the venue and will allow better control of the capacity.
