With Underfoot, Abby Neuberger and Luca Bernini embark on a journey of transformation, inviting us to encounter the tiny living creatures that constantly nibble and recreate the world beneath our feet. As a gigantic earthworm, they crawl towards us, shedding the weight of their lives by decomposing into tiny bacteria that carry us along in a zany, poetic dance. Through their circus language, a blend of gestural theater and acrobatic lifts, this hand-to-hand duo humorously reveals the power of our ecosystem.
